Refunds

We take pride in our customer service, but there are some situations where refunds will not be provided:

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.

However, we're committed to ensuring satisfaction and do offer refunds under these conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, using the return label provided by our customer service team.

  2. For the initiation of the refund process, please email us at customersupport@anchorfinds.com with your Name, Order Number, and a detailed reason for your refund request.

Our commitment to you is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, although a 30% restocking fee applies. Upon completion of the return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process through your bank.

Do NOT return your purchase to its original address.

Returned to Sender

In instances where the wrong address is provided and the order is returned to us:

  • We offer a reshipment to your correct address. However, you will be responsible for a shipping and handling fee. If you opt out of reshipment, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping costs, priority processing, insurance, and a 30% restocking fee.

  • Should the package be refused by the manufacturer, lost in transit, or destroyed by the postal carrier, and it doesn't return to us, we can offer a 50% store credit towards a new purchase.

However, if you provided the correct address and the order is returned, we will reship the order to the same address at no extra cost. If there's a need to change the shipping address, a shipping and handling fee will apply.

Order Cancellation

Each of our products is uniquely printed on demand for our customers. Therefore, we can only entertain cancellations or modifications within the first hour after the purchase. Do note, however, that orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments are not subject to cancellation or modification.

Clearance Items

All sales of clearance items are final. These items may not come in their original packaging, and there's no guarantee of their condition.

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking information confirms delivery. If 30 days have passed since the delivery, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or replacement.

International Shipping

Please be aware that Customs Duties, Tax, and other charges aren't included in our base price. It's the responsibility of the shopper to be aware of these as they differ from one country to another.
