Return and Exchange Policy
At Anchor Finds, we strive for your total satisfaction with every purchase. We have established this return and exchange policy to ensure a seamless and convenient experience should you need to return or exchange any item.
Merchandise that remains unworn or unwashed can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original order date, provided it is accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
All online order returns, refunds, and exchanges must be initiated through our designated returns process. Reach out to our customer service team at customersupport@anchorfinds.com, or get in touch via call or SMS at 1-916-241-3969.
Please be advised, health and wellness items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene concerns.
Personalized items with specific names and dates are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
1.Start by sending an email to our customer service team at customersupport@anchorfinds.com. Include your Name, Order Number, a photo of the defective product or incorrect item, and the reason for your return or refund.
2. Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours of receipt.
3. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is approved for a refund due to a defect or an incorrect item. In such cases, a return label will be emailed to you.
4. Please ensure to use the return label sent by our customer service team. Do not send returns to the original address.
5. We will notify you once your return has been received at our return address: 6809 Anchor Circle, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. Upon receipt, we will proceed with one of the following:
-->Refund the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
-->Prepare a replacement and have it ready within the next 72 hours.

For any returns involving custom apparel, flags, or custom design items, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
Personalized items with specific names and dates are not eligible for return.
